Roster Instructions
- The roster is the same form from 2007, with a few add-ons.
- When filling out the roster, please print or type the name of the player.
- When filling out the rosters, start at the top and go down. Don't leave a blank line between playdowns, regular players, or unlimited weight players.
- Complete the form in the following order
- Playdowns first, in number order.Mark an "X" in the third column.
- Regular weight players next, in number order. Leave the third column blank.
- Unlimited weight players last, in number order. Mark an "H" in the third column.
- Roster Verification
- The league President, Vice-president, or Tackle Director should verify the roster before the roster verification meeting on Aug. 10, and sign at the bottom of the roster.
- The person verifying the roster will also sign at the roster verification meeting.
- The BCYFCA North or South Tackle Agent will then sign once all rosters have been verified. They will put a line through the row after the last name on the sheet with the total number of players, and will initial it.
- The Tackle Agents will keept the original and make 3 copies for the BCYFCA Vice-president of Football, the league, and the BCYFCA Secretary.
- To add a player after roster verification...
- Put the new player on the next available line. Mark the third column appropriately ("X", blank, or "H").
- Tackle directors will then have the one of the following people verify the add-on.

- BCYFCA Vice-President of Football
- BCYFCA Vice-President of Cheerleading
- BCYFCA North Area Tackle Agent
- BCYFCA South Area Tackle Agent
